Frequently Asked Questions
How big are the totes?
Each tote is 27″ L x 17″ W x 12.5″ H. That is over 2.5 cubic feet of space per box! This is the perfect size for everything from clothes to dishes and other household items.
How long can I keep the totes?
As long as you want! Pricing is on a weekly basis. Contact us for anything over 4 weeks for custom pricing.
What if I need to cancel?
Life happens. If you cancel 72 hours before your delivery date, there is no fee. Cancellations within 72 hours of delivery are subject to a $50 restocking fee.
Do I need paper or bubble wrap?
Yes, our totes are stronger and more durable than cardboard, but your valuables still need to be wrapped up to stay safe! We offer paper and bubble wrap for purchase if you’d like.
Do I need to be present for delivery/pickup?
Yes, we require you to be present for delivery and pickup to sign and accept. If you are not present and cannot be reached after 20 minutes of arrival you will be charged either the cancellation fee of $50 or a re-delivery fee based on location.
How does drop off and pickup work?
We will provide and agree on a 2-hour window for drop off and pickup. You will receive a text message or phone call when we are on the way. Totes should be wiped clean and stacked for pickup. A $50 cleaning fee will be charged if bins are excessively dirty. If you are not present during the pickup window, your rental will be extended on a weekly basis.
What are the fees for lost or damaged items?
Replacement costs are
Tote: $25 each
Dolly: $75 each
Furniture Pad/Blanket: $15 each
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery and pickup is included within our service area. An additional fee is charged based on distance outside that area or for the delivery of additional totes.
What if I need more time?
Extend your rental anytime as long as it’s not within 72 hours of pickup. Extending within 72 hours of pickup is subject to availability and $50 charge.
Do I need tape?
Totes are already assembled, and lids are attached. No tape is required! We offer labels and zip-ties if you want to secure the tote lids.
Can I order delivery within 72 hours?
Of course! Rush orders are subject to availability and a 20% rush fee of the rental price will be added.
Are the totes clean?
Yes, we inspect and clean each tote before and after every rental.
